As a fundraiser and senior staffer responsible for humans and systems—to this day—I’ve worked with institutions like The Juilliard School, Rice University, Asia Society, and others to help raise more than $30 million, shape programs, and grow the people who do the work without losing their souls.

I spend my time focused on the reality that organizations are only as sustainable as the people inside them. Beyond my work as a practitioner, my writing, research, and talks are small, candid ways I work to improve lives of nonprofiteers everywhere.
