Evan Wildstein is a nonprofiteer with nearly 25 years of experience building organizations from the inside.

As a fundraiser and senior staffer responsible for systems and people—to this day—he has worked with institutions like The Juilliard School, Rice University, Asia Society, and others to help raise more than $30 million, shape programs, and grow the people who do the work without losing their souls.

Deeply concerned with the health of the social sector, Evan focuses on the reality that organizations are only as sustainable as the people inside them. He is the author of The Nonprofiteer’s Fundraising Field Guide, and his writing, podcast, keynotes, and Social Impact Staff Retention research project are small, candid ways he works to improve lives of nonprofiteers everywhere.
